| Remember people, all 360s sold since launch have a 3-year warranty in which they'll fix your problem free of charge. They've since stopped the "coffin" program and you'll have to find a suitable box to ship it in yourself and you'll also need a printer to print out the shipping label.
I can't stress this enough. Don't try the "towel trick" or any other trick you've heard of if your 360 falls under this condition. Because if they notice tampering with the system, the warranty is void and you'll have to pay them shipping back to you with no new console. | |
